Specialist in information protection and implementation of security-related programs. For many years she was involved in audits of local government administration units. Political scientist by education, she has proven experience in working for state institutions, also in managerial positions. During her work at the Internal Security Agency, she was responsible for, inter alia, the protection of classified information, including audits of private sector companies.

Jaroslavs Strelcenoks
Director of the Prevention and Combating Corruption Bureau (KNAB) of Latvia (2011 – 2016), an international anti-corruption expert, adviser and consultant of the OSCE, the Council of Europe and Deloitte in the field of preventing and combating corruption in different countries: in Uzbekistan (2017, 2018), Turkmenistan (2019, 2020), Tajikistan (2019, 2020), Ukraine (2016, 2019), Kyrgyzstan (2017), Moldova (2017-2018) and Russian Federation (2017-2018).
He has theoretical and practical knowledge on the prevention of corruption (including the creation of anti-corruption system, involvement of society in the fight against corruption, education of public authorities, prevention of conflict of interest, control procedures of assets declaration system, protection of whistleblowers etc.).
His professional knowledge and ability to organize work during five years (2011-2016) helped him, as the Director of the Anti-Corruption bureau (KNAB) of Latvia, improve the corruption perception index for Latvia from 42 points to 57 points (+15) and raise Latvia from 61 places to 40 places (+21).
